The Philippines is the 46th government to join Troy Hunt's Have I Been Pwned (HIBP) monitoring program. Its National CERT and DICT will use HIBP to monitor official government domains for exposed emails and compromised credentials, strengthening cyber defense and providing early warnings for data breaches.
