Former midle school teacher, literacy coach, curriculum writer, union leader, professional developer who has experienced what it's like to be part of abusive relationships and that includes falling in love with narcissists. I have experienced the trauma of incarceration, unemployment, homelessness, losing my children, and sadly, losing myself. I have fought through the clutches of addiction, depression, codependency, low self-esteem and low self-worth. I have persevered from childhood trauma, diagnosed ADHD, divorce, and toxic relationships. I have realized that life has many unexpected hurdles but there's always pockets of beauty, hope, and inspiration. I hope to establish a space where people from all backgrounds can relate, empathize and utilize the information I provide.
